John Chargualaf has a long swimming history in Oak Harbor. Currently the Boys Swim Coach, John has also served as the Head Girls Swim Coach and has coached in the local swim club. John graduated from Western Washington University and University of Guam. He currently teaches in the history department at Oak Harbor.
