Coach Tony Savoy started coaching Boys Soccer at Oak Harbor High School in 2020.  He attended Kaiser High School in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he played football and soccer.  He played soccer for Skagit Valley College. His coaching experience includes the following; Coaching Experience: Skagit Valley College Men’s Assistant, 2000, 2001, Skagit Valley College Men’s Assistant, 2005, 2006, Skagit Storm / Northwest United FC, 2001, 2002, 2008-2016 Boys and Girls ages U10-U19, and Skagit Valley College Women’s Head Coach 2016- Current. Tony also holds a National D Coaching License.
