On January 21, our Boy's Varsity Wrestling team celebrated senior night with a duel against Marysville Getchel High School. The atmosphere was electric as our seniors—Gavin Garza, Nolan Maines, Elias Hernandez Cruz, John Peterson, Nathan Moore, Ronald Grabner, Mannix Merth, Josiah Christopherson, Ethan Bazar, Kenneth Anguiano, William Greiger, and Abram Schneider—walked the mat alongside their families. They were later joined by their coaches, marking a momentous occasion.
After a spirited warm-up, the energy in the room soared. Our boys took to the mat enthusiastically and determined, leading to a commanding 63-12 victory. This wasn’t just a win but a testament to their hard work and commitment on such a significant night.
The excitement didn’t just stay on the mat. The sidelines buzzed with cheers, creating an atmosphere of support that echoed louder than the stands. Teammates rallied behind each other, showcasing the strength of their bond.
