Winter sports begin Monday, November 17th for Boys & Girls Basketball, Boys & Girls Wrestling, Girls Flag Football, and Boys Swim. Registration is now open through our athletic sign up program "FinalForms". There are two choices to sign up, #1 For Students who have ALREADY PARTICIPATED in sports or have already registered through Final Forms DO NOT create a new account, just log into your existing account. Forms should already be filled out for you, simply choose a sport, update and verify. #2 For Students who have NOT YET Registered through Final Forms. Please click the LINK below and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. All students are required to have a current sport physical (good for 24 months) You can upload them into Final Forms, email a copy to the Athletic Office (jeash@ohsd.net) or drop off a copy to the Athletic Office.
